About our home

Traditional Georgian home located in the heart of the city, this is a great location for visiting Dublin and the surrounding countryside. Located 5 minutes from Trinity College and near the new Grand Canal Quarter, this is as central as it gets. It's unusual to have a large 180m2 home in the city centre and this is a greta bonus.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Located 50m from the river Liffey, 300m from Trinity college and 500m from the grand canal quarter, this is a fantastic central location. This is the in-vogue part of Dublin where a lot of companies and their staff are locating like Facebook, Google etc. It is right beside where U2 recorded their first albums, beside the CHQ area and much more.
