About our home

In Dublin 4, "the Embassy Belt" traditionally the best part of Dublin, a quiet prestigious neighborhood, yet only 12-14 minutes walk to Saint Stephens Green, Trinity College and Grafton Street. My home is on a particularly nice mews lane, with a genuine safe and long-established neighborhood feel. Apart from business and diplomatic corp people there are several well-known artists, designers, a pop star and two playwrights on the lane. The House: recently refurbished; Two bedrooms, a large double upstairs and a smaller single bedroom/study downstairs. Large well-equipped kitchen with modern breakfast bar, and (in contrast) 19th Century mahogany pod table. Large living room with wood-burning fire, bookshelves and art works, antique furniture, large flat screen TV, (with TV hard-drive and DVD player) vintage 1950s lights, wooden floors. Back graden with mature trees and shrubs, (and giant eucalyptus tree!)
