About our home
Our home is a restored terraced dwelling with flagstone floors and exposed cut stone walls. It is very comfortable and probably suit a family as we have a playroom to the rear of the house.

Myself and my wife Kate have two young daughters who are aged five and two. We had travelled extensively before the girls arrived.
It has been recommended by a friend to try the house exchange. We live close to the city in Dublin but also have a summer house in Ireland sunny south east. It is located in a lovely fishing village called passage east with lots of nice beeches located close by. We would be happy to include our summer house as part of the exchange.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
The house is in the heart of chapelizod village about 5km from Dublin city centre. Chapelizod is locates beside the river Liffey and the Phoneix Park is only 100 metres from our home. The park is the largest of it's type in Europe and offers great cycle and walking routes. There is a very good bus service which will have you in the city centre within ten minutes.
