About our home

Our home is a Victorian town house. It has a small garden in the back with fruit trees, vegetables and flowers and a small patio area that catches the sun in the evening.
At the basement level there is a large kitchen looking out into the garden, a double bedroom, a studio where one of us practices yoga, a piano and an adjoining bathroom. A second bedroom (ensuite) is above the kitchen which is a recently renovated area at the back. The rest of the house has the more obvious Victorian features of large rooms, a fireplace and tall ceilings. Upstairs there is a living room and a library/study.

More about us

  1. We are John and Jo, a married couple with no children. We are both professional and enjoy travelling but do not do as much as we would like. Our interests include the arts, gardening, cycling, hill walking, good food and fun.
We have had one house exchange which was just OK. Our next one we hope will be better. We will take good care of your home and we hope you will respect ours.

The house is located in a a small cul de sac about 5 minutes walk from Ranelagh, one minute from Leeson Street and 20 minutes walk from St Stephens Green in the centre of Dublin.
