About our home

Newly renovated, architecturally designed Victorian period home over looking Dublin bay.

Our beautiful home has many of it's original period features which have been gracefully combined with contemporary design and all moderns conveniences. With 4 bedrooms, three of which area en-suite it is a fantastic home for families who want plenty of space.. The four bedrooms are on the top floor and offer stunning views to the sea at the front and towards the Aviva stadium at the rear.

We have a large, double height kitchen, dining and living area which is flooded with light and a fantastic space for relaxing and spending time together. The modern kitchen is at the upper level and you can enjoy your morning coffee looking out to Dublin's iconic Poolbeg chimneys. The kitchen has a 5 ring induction hob, two ovens, a full sized tall fridge and a full sized tall freezer. We also have a larder unit with coffee machine and plenty of storage. We are big tea drinkers and love our quooker boiling water tap. At the garden level we have a beautiful dining table which can be extended to seat up to 10 people, the living area has a cosy L-shaped sofa with a flatscreen TV. The double height area opens onto the garden via two large lift and slide doors, where you can find a BBQ, dining table and lounge chairs. The garden is south west facing and gets gorgeous sunlight throughout the day and all evening. It is very private and secure, a perfect place for kids to play around in.

As you enter the front door there is an elegant reception room to your left with ornate cornicing and the original marble fireplace. This room is perfect for relaxing in with large sofas and a wide screen TV with all Netflix, Skysports, Kids channels etc. Also on this floor you will find an office space and a quirky pink bathroom!

At basement level, we have a gym room which opens onto the garden, a utility with separate washing machine and dryer, a small bathroom and shower room.

Once you open the front door you are on the beach where you can enjoy numerous walks. We are a 10 minute walk to Sandymount village and a newly opened play park. The village has a fantastic variety of restaurants and cafes, two pharmacies, a wonderful book store and a supermarket to cater to all of your needs.

We are very close to Dublin city centre with excellent transport links on our door step! The number 1 bus is directly outside the door and will bring you to Trinity College within 15 minutes. The Dart station is an easy ten minute walk away and is an excellent way to explore North and South Dublin.

The local gym is a 10 min walk away and has a pay as you go option for €6.50 per person(Sandymount YMCA). There is also a local swimming pool (Marian Swimmingpool) which is €7.50 for adults and €4.00 for children.
