“We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Laura's home in Dun Laoighaire. This is a fantastic house with every convenience you would need for a very comfortable holiday. The house is ideally located close to excellent public transport links. Dun Laoighaire is a spectacular destination itself and is very close to a whole host of activities. There is off-street parking for a car which is very convenient in this location. We loved early morning walks on the pier, popping around the corner for the best coffee ever in the Two Bean coffee shop, visiting the Lexicon - a wonderful library, savouring the delights of the People's Park, especially on Sunday morning when the market is in full swing, going to the cinema (a five-minute walk away), visiting the James Joyce museum in Sandycove - a spectacular walk along the prom from Dun Laoighaire, taking the DART into the city for the theatre (we did this three times) and ..... much much more. Communication with Laura and her beautiful family was very easy and pleasant. We would highly recommend an exchange in this house and location with this lovely family.”

Laura's reviews
As a host (2)“My husband and I stayed at Laura's home in Dún Laoghaire for 4 nights and very much enjoyed our time there. The house is bright and colourful, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with every thing you could need. It was our first home swap and we really enjoyed it. The location is wonderful and there is room for parking one car off the street which is so important in Dublin city. It is a 2 minute walk to the main street that runs through the beautiful coastal town of Dún Laoghaire and there are lots of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants to choose from. The walk along the coast is stunningly scenic. There are plenty of buses to choose from and a DART rail station located a short distance from the house is an added bonus. All in all we would highly recommend this beautifull home as a wonderful base from which to explore all that Dublin has to offer while at the same time having the sea and so many wonderful places on the doorstep in Dún Laoghaire. We always looked forward to coming here and relaxing after a day out exploring. A big thank you to Laura and her family for exchanging with us and for such a lovely stay in their home. ”
