Our spacious home is made up of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 Sittingroom, kitchen, dining room and Conservatory. It issue situated a stones throw from the lovely Navvy Bank Coastal Walk, with its bird watching observatory and beautiful views of Dundalk Bay and the Mourne Mountains.
Dundalk itself is positioned halfway between Dublin and Belfast and only 45 minutes drive from Dublin airport. With the capital city only an hours drive away and the beautiful picturesque region of Carlingford and Mourne on our doorstep, there is plenty to keep you busy during your stay.
The mountainous and sea landscape is steeped in mystery, history and mythology and provided the inspiration for The Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis. Its mythology tells of the resting place of the giant Finn McCool, its lands embrace the spirit of the fierce Celtic warrior Cuchulainn and it is home to the faint whisperings of the last leprechauns of Ireland. Here you will find giant's graves, pre-historic sites, dolmens and Norman castles.
Dundalk is situated along the coastal route to the Giants Causeway and less than an hour's drive to the 5000 year old tomb at Newgrange. It is the ideal base for you seek a true experience of Ireland and its culture.
The local mountain ranges offer forrested looped walks and cycle paths. Horseriding, kayaking, rock climbing, angling and golf are all available to those with a love of the great outdoors while Dublin and Belfast are only an hour away in either direction to cater for all your culinary and gastrointestinal needs!
