About our home

Our 4 bedroom home was built in the 1890s and has some lovely period features mixed with some more modern refurbishments. We have gorgeous hardwood floors, sash windows, original cornices and marble fireplaces for those that appreciate the more traditional. We also have underfloor heating, new bathrooms and a massive new kitchen for those that enjoy contemporary and state-of-the art features. The house is set over three floors and has plenty of space for you to stretch out. One bedroom has a super-king, one has a queen, one has a single bed and one has a baby cot. We have a beautiful, bright, modern kitchen with all the things you might need if you are into cooking. The south west facing garden is small but cute with a surrounding stone wall. The dining room and solarium look out onto the garden and on a sunny day this area is perfect for enjoying the newspaper and a coffee (or a cold Guinness!). We have a comfortable family room with flatscreen tv, full cable, netlix and wifi. We have a more formal sitting room upstairs with a marble fireplace that is best enjoyed with a glass of wine, good book and wool blanket. And for the kids, we have a fully stocked play room with loads of games, puzzles and toys. We have an extra travel cot, highchair and stroller, if needed.

We are located in Dundrum, a suburb of south Dublin. Our house is just a two minute walk to the LUAS tram (which takes you approx 20 minutes to get into the center of the city). We are also just a stone's throw from the Dundrum Town Center which has some terrific shopping and restaurants, as well as a cinema. We are just a 15 minute drive to the mountains and the sea.

We absolutely adore our home and neighborhood!
