This is a five bedroom, two story family home. The house has a living room, open kitchen dining area, with two bedrooms down-stairs and three up-stairs. .
Martina and I (Carl) are in our mid-thirties, with a girl (6) and three boys (1,9,13) in family.
It is located in Co. Clare, on a peninsula with unique views of the Atlantic and Galway Bay. The area New Quay is between the picturesque villages of Ballyvaughan and Kinvara and the general area is known as the Burrin, famous for its flowers and geology. There is quite a bit to see and plenty of good food in the area. You have to the south, Cliff of Moher, Doolin, Ennis/Limerick and further south Kerry (2 hours by car). To the North, Galway City (45 mins), Connemara (1.5 hours) and further north Donegal (4 hours). Alternatively, the houses rural setting is ideal for just relaxing as there is great walks, beaches and shore line all around the house.
