About our home

2000 sq. ft., 4 Bedroom House with 4 bathrooms. Large Open plan downstairs with large Entrance area, Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room and a guest toilet. Television Room with Large HD TV and Playstation 3.
Large Master Bedroom with ensuite bathrooom and shower, double guest bedroom also with ensuite and shower. 1 double and 1 siingle bedroom.
House is 4 years old and is decorated in a bright, airy and modern style.
Outside there is a spacious garden to the rear with a decked area and gas BBQ

House is situated in the outskirts of the Medieval Market town of Ennis in County Clare. Ennis is 15 minutes drive from Shannon International Airport with direct flights to US on Delta and Continental and Europe with Ryanair. Local Attractions include the World Ecological sight of the Burren with its StoneAge Monuments, Numerious Beaches and Atlantic coast towns such as Lahinch and Kilkee, The Beautifully restored Bunratty Castle and FolkPark, Coole Park so associated with WB Yeats, the bohemian city of Galway surronded by Connemara which set the backdrop to the Movie The Quite Man, The Wonderful shopping in the busy Limerick city and its ancient walls. Local Activites include Many world class golf course ( the neareast ,Woodstock, a mere 15 minutes walk), Course and Sea Fishing, Many beautiful Nature walks and trails, Scenic drives. Ennis is renowned throughout Ireland as the Home of Irish Tradational Music with Many Irish bars and Restaurants close by.

Young Family of 4, Children aged 13 and 11. Husband is currently a Manager in a Local Aircraft Maintenance Company and is a qualified Aircraft Mantenance Enginneer. Wife is a Accounts Administrator in a busy Ennis Store. Hobbies include travelling, walking, Sports and socialising with Family and Friends.
