About our home

Step inside the doors our home and feel yourself transported back in time. Georgian style, designed and built by my gifted ex-husband with the help of local craftsmen, our home is a split level style, 11ft high ceilings, large, spacious rooms which are both warm, welcoming and extremely comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons as cooking is one of my favorite passions in life! And when the evenings are chilly we love to light the wood stove and relax by the fire there. Living room is a cosy family room where you can’t help but relax, also a wood stove in there which gives it even more ambiance and charm on those cold winter nights!

Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom has stunning views and sunrises are a sight to behold. Relax at the end of your day and enjoy a glass of wine and a long hot soak in the bath, free standing and oh so inviting! Downstairs there is also a double bedroom!

Unimpeded views surrounding the house. A quiet location, super friendly neighbours and all you can hear on those long summer evenings as you enjoy a BBQ outdoors is the sound of the cows munching on the grass.

I'm very conscious that a home exchange is a matter of great trust. I promise to treat your home with great respect, and expect you to take care of mine as well.

Last year was my first time to do a home exchange and it was a great success!
