About our home

We are 5 minutes walk, using a country lane, from the centre of Ennistymon, our very traditional village with small shops, village pubs, independent bakery, post office, local restaurants, teashops and other amenities. This leafy country lane with green fields, friendly cows and small farms is ideal for pre breakfast rambles, or longer walks .

Our house is detached, has four bedrooms, large kitchen cum eating area, utility area, living room with stove, separate office, garden at the rear and a large parking space to the front. It is a 10 year old property in a small development and we are the first owners. We use it at weekends and for vacations.

As this is a second home, non-simultaneous exchanges are very welcome. Shannon International Airport is 40 minutes from Ennistymon...

We have exchanged houses on a number of occasions in the past and are firm believers in the value of the experience.
