Family Home near the Gap of Dunloe, Killarney

Our detached family home was built in 2008 and has stunning views of MacGillicuddy Reeks, including Ireland's highest mountain, Carrauntoohill. We are located just off the main Ring of Kerry route, so the house is an ideal base from which to explore Kerry. The house is in a peaceful rural location, close to Beaufort village and a 10 minute drive to Killarney town centre.
Killarney National Park encompasses 26,000 acres of stunning lakes, mountains & woodlands and is home to Ireland's last surviving indigenous herd of red deer.
There are three bedrooms upstairs and an additional bedroom downstairs, which we currently use as a playroom (with a sofa bed)
Downstairs consists of 2 generous living areas, modern open plan kitchen/dining/entrance hall, playroom (with sofa bed), utility/laundry room, bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 generous ensuite bedrooms & a further living area

We have two young kids so lots of toys & baby equipment (cots, high chairs, buggies, bikes etc.) available.
