About our home

Our house has five bedrooms two of which are double two with twin beds and one with bunk beds. It has a family room, childrens living room/playroom, large kitchen with adjoining dining area. The house is placed on an acre site which is totally private and a great place for the children to play football or on the trampoline.

More about us

We are Peter and Mary and have three children aged 16, 12 and 10. We are both professionals (Consultancy Manager and Accounts Manager). We have done one previous, very successful, house swap before with a family from Miami and are keen to try it again as it worked so well last time. We enjoy travelling and seeing other countries. We would like to do our house swap anytime from End June 10 to mid August 10. Minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 3.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our house is located in the countryside 10km from Galway city which is a lively city with lots of restaurants, pubs, fashion and craft shops. We are only a 15 minute drive to the beaches which overlook Galway Bay and are very uncommecialised. The village of Moycullen is only 3 Miles from the house and here there are beautiful restaurants, pubs and shops. From our doorstep there are beautiful walks and the lake is only 1 mile away for fishing.
