House in Galway, West of Ireland

“We enjoyed the stay in the house of Marie and Gerry . The house is very comfortable and well equipped, it is located in a quiet location next to shops and transport. Regular buses take you to the centre of Galway. The city of Galway is very lively, there are concerts and many pubs. The geographical location of the house is ideal for visiting the Connemara, the cliffs of Moher, the islands of Aran, the Burren, the sky road, the killary fjord . We had friendly contacts with Marie and Gerry and we are very satisfied with this exchange.”

“We had a great stay in Galway in Marie and Gerry's house. Marie had prepared an excellent chicken casserole for our arrival. The whole house is nice and comfortable and very well equipped. The children (16 & 13) were delighted to have their own bedroom with high bed and double bed. Our hosts had also prepared many tips and advice about how things work in the house and about what to do and to visit in the area. Generally speaking, they have made it very easy for us during all our stay. We have been able to visit Connemara, the Burren, Cliffs of Moher... We also had 4 bicycles, so we could cycle to Galway and to the sea which was very much appreciated by us all. This was our first exchange and we just loved it. Thank you Marie & Gerry!”

“Marie has a lovely light house, 20 minutes by bike from the city center in a quiet residential neighborhood. Galway is very lively and pleasant. We visited many sites (less than an hour by car): Conemara park, Aran Island, Inishbofin Island, the Burren, Cliffs of Moher ... Mary and Gerry are a friendly, loyal to home (craic) Irish couple, informing very well on things to do (before and on site with guides including walking). When we met in Dublin, they were perfect guides! We are delighted with this exchange and this meeting. I recommend it, we spend a very pleasant holiday thank you to them!”
