Our home is about 300 sq m with a large garden in the suburbs of Galway City. It is within walking distance to Galway City and Salthill seaside promenade.
It was renovated and extended in 2009 to a very high standard.
“Gorgeous house with large garden, a short drive/walk to the seafront and into Galway city. Paul and his family were great hosts, leaving us food and the use of their car when we arrived, and plenty of information on what to do in the surrounding area. We had a wonderful week exploring, the children were really happy with all the toys in the playroom and garden. Paul's communication was excellent and I think the swap worked really well both ways. Thanks again!”

Paul is the CEO of a construction company and Claire works part time as a procurement and quality manager
We love authentic culture, old cities, towns and villages with character but also love clean design and architecture. We like nice food, wine and beer. Both traditional styles and hip bars and restaurants
One of the prime Residential areas in Galway City. Within walking distance of Galway famous Quay street. 10 minutes walk will bring you to trendy bars or 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction will bring you to Salthill where you can look out over Galway Bay and the Atlantic.
There is a bus stop 50m from the house which brings you to Eyre Square.
