Tara Hill is in a much sought after area of Gorey, Wexford. The Hill was covered in Ice during the Ice age and when it melted a nicely formed round hill appeared full of vegetation and wildlife.A cosy comfortable home with plenty of books and DVD's for a relaxing evening in.Wake up to the sounds of chirping birds and stunning Sea views from every window. The House is set to a backdrop of woodland with a variety of walks on your doorstep. Sea views from the Hill are fantastic with wonderful sunrises not to be missed. Beautifully furnished with open fire. Dine alfresco on very large balcony with sea view and barbecue.House is in a quiet area but close to everything. Walk to a variety of quiet beaches. Local shops close by or drive 10 mins into Gorey where there is a farmers market on Saturdays and lovely cafes and restaurants. Lovely scenic drives to other areas of Wexford.
My name is Kathy and my husband is called Bryan,we are a mature couple.I have 4 daughters age from 13 to 27.We live in Dublin and run our own retail business. We like to travel and have been to Thailand many times.We also love Spain and Italy. We go away at least 4 times a year and spend weekends and some holidays in our Wexford home.we normally travel with my 2 daughters age 13 and 16,,my older girls like to do their own thing!.We are very careful and respectful of other peoples belongings and you can rest assured we will leave your home as immaculate as you will receive ours.
Great base for sightseeing, sailing, golfing ,walking and much more.M11 Motorway from Dublin Airport to Gorey, drive time 90 mins. Rosslare port 35 mins if you are travelling by car. A short drive from house will take you to Wicklow known as the Gardens of Ireland, dont miss Usher Gardens in Ashford, beautiful place,also Kilmore Quay is worth a visit.Gorey is well serviced with trains to all parts of Ireland and Dublin.There is a shopping centre in Gorey and a cinema!,The Town is busy with plenty of shops to satisfy the most discerning shopper! Fruit farms where the famous Wexford strawberries are grown are scattered around,taste the difference! Wexford gets the best of the Irish weather and is known as the Sunny South East!
