About our home

Located in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, with stunning views over Greystones Harbour, out to the Irish Sea and up as far as Bray Head. Beautifully presented, newly renovated and extended family house with a modern finish. Very large garden (approx 0.75 acre) split between gravel, decking and grass. Greystones is an infamous, bustling seaside town with some beautiful restaurants like The Happy Pear, The Hungry Monk and many more, plenty of coffee shops, pubs and boutiques. Located in North Wicklow, 'the Garden of Ireland', there are some stunning places to visit nearby, such as Powerscourt Waterfall & Gardens (about 10-15 min drive), Avoca Handweavers (5 mins), Mount Usher Gardens (15 mins), Wicklow Gaol, and many more. The Cliff Walk from Bray to Greystones is right on our doorstep and is well worth experiencing. Also within very easy reach of Dublin (45 mins to Dublin Airport, 40 mins to Dublin city centre). Greystones has a Dart train service which brings you to Dublin City and beyond. Dundrum Shopping Centre is a 20 minute drive away. Our house has two very large Master Bedrooms (Superking beds, one upstairs, one downstairs) with ensuites, two spacious children's bedrooms, one with a pull-out double bed. They have a shared bathroom. There is a large games room with a pool table. And the enormous open-plan area consists of large kitchen, dining area, comfortable living area with oversized L-Shaped sofa, smart TV and double sided stove. The other side of the stove is another living area / den area with L-Shaped sofa, TV and XBox One. There are sliding doors all around to the composite deck outside. This then leads down the steps to a very large grassed garden. The Master Bedroom upstairs has a lovely new balcony facing out to the Irish Sea with stunning sunrise views.
