About our home

Our semi-detached family home comprises of three spacious double bedrooms and one single room. The master room is fitted with a large en suite. Family bathroom also upstairs. Down stairs contains a large sitting room/dining room with an open fire. There is also a second smaller family room. Both reception rooms have flat screen TV's which are connected to Sky Digital. The modern kitchen has a large fridge, Dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooking hobs and a coffee machine. There is also a downstairs WC. The back garden is over two levels, one grass and the other patio. The garden comes with a gas BBQ.

  1. We are a mature couple with grown up children, who sometimes travell with us

  2. Frank works in pharma and health and fitness, I am a retired nurse

  3. We like living close to the sea, play golf , read , and have a variety of interests .

Where is it?


We live in the lovely village of Greystones which has many good restaurants, bars and cafe's. This village also has a harbour/marina and a blue flagged beach. There is a very present walk from the marina to the beach.

Greystones village is uniquely located between the sea and the mountains.It has many amenities like a swimming pool , gym, library, sailing club and golf course, golf clubs available here. There is also language school for children.
It has boutique shops, and music.
Dublin city centre is easily accessible by train, bus or car. There are endless cultural and entertainment activities both day and night for all age groups.
We live in an estate, which is quiet and well presented,
My car is available, a Toyota corolla.
It's a versatile village to holiday in.
