Our home is perfect for spending time by the sea or touring Ireland. It is spacious with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We have a second reception room that’s a great kids den but can also be used as a fifth bedroom which would be suitable for anyone with mobility needs . We are a ten minute walk into the beautiful Rosslare Strand with its Blue Flag beach. Kelly’s hotel is a feature with a great bar and restaurants, spa, swimming pool, beach hot tub. Wexford now, a medieval gem, it a fifteen minute drive. Lots if good shopping. For those wishing to use this as a base for touring Ireland, Rosslare is served by excellent road and rail services.
“We had a great time in Rosslare. The house was very close to the beach and the main strand and provided a perfect 'base camp' to explore the area. The instructions in the house were clear and we were able to cook and do laundry and relax as if we were in our own home. we had a great week. Thank you.”

We are a happy friendly duo. We are both television writers. We love animation especially Pixar. We usually travel with My. Sister Pauline, her husband Adrian . And Mary, my lovely sister in law. All have gotten vaccine.!
We really enjoy staying in other peoples homes, and having them stay in ours ! We like reading, writing (that’s what we do for a living!) Visiting new places, revisiting old places, hanging out with each other, eating and snoozing.
We treat all homes we stay in with respect. Or family motto is have a good time, all the time! We extend that philosophy to others!
Rosslare Strand is a picturesque seaside town approx 1 hour forty five minutes from Dublin by car or three hours by a frequent rail service- I have used it a lot, going to Dublin for meetings -it is a very pretty journey. You can also train from Rosslare Strand to Wexford town (20 minutes) have an early dinner and train back ( about 5 euro). Or drive - 15 minutes to Wexford. Wexford town is a medieval gem , with terrific restaurants, shopping, cinema, art and opera house.
Our house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is an excellent golf course right by the beach.
Rosslare Strand has a fantastic resource in Kelly’s Hotel- two great restaurants, swimming pool, jacuzzi, hot tub, saunas and spa - amazing massages - and thermal suite, plus two bars, t.v room, library. It’s a 10 minute walk from our house, go by way of the beach, look at the sea, look at the sky. Excellent roads make this a perfect location for touring Ireland.
