Large four bedroomed detached house two of which are en-suite and a large bathroom. Large kitchen, dining area, utility room with all mod cons. Two large living/reception rooms furnished to a high specification both with open fireplaces. TV in kitchen, both living rooms and one bedroom. SKY, satellite television connection. Telephone line (free telephone calls to Australia), Wifi, Oil central heating. Gardens to the front and rear of property. The house is situated in a quiet estate and within easy walking distance to the town and estuary.

Where is it?


Kenmare ia a wonderful heritage town, by the water which nestles amongst mountains and is renowned throughout Ireland for its hospitality and award winning restaurants, an ideal base for touring the beautiful south west of Ireland. The town is in within easy reach of Kerry and Cork Airports where budget flights (, operate to, among other places, London, Paris, Pisa, Munich, Milan, Manchester, Geneva, Brussels, Amsterdam. Airport parking 5 Euro`s a day.

Local activities, boating, sailing, swimming, horse riding, Golf (two beautiful courses) cycling, walking, and sea fishing are some of the many activities in the area. We are on both the Ring OF Kerry and the Beara peninsula.

This is the REAL Ireland where the craic was invented, take a walk back fifty years where friendliness and a cead mile failte (a hundred thousand welcomes) awaits you.
