“We spent a wonderful week County Clare during July of 2009. We arrived from Boston at 6 a.m. Irish time, and will never forget staying up until 10:30 that night to watch our first sunset over the Atlantic from our home in Corbally, near Kilkee. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, with views of the Atlantic and rolling green hills from every window. It was the perfect place from which to walk the wild cliffs and explore the West of Ireland: the burren, cliffs of Moher, and more castles, pubs, and ancient sites than you can count. The Nolan family were wonderful, acting as our tour advisors and sharing tea, scones, pub sessions, market days, Irish history, and the rules of rugby with us. We really felt like family, and look forward to returning their hospitality when they come to Cape Cod.”
