About our home

A 3bedroom family home in the centre of Killarney. Killarney is one of the main tourist hubs in Ireland with many famous attractions within a short drive.
The house is a short walk to all the restaurants/shops /Hotels. There is a cycle path all the way to Muckross House nearby.

Our home has 3 double bedrooms (one is smaller). A fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, a large living room, a play area etc.
We have a medium size garden with a trampoline, patio and a shed with bicycles in it.
It is child friendly with stair gates etc

Killarney is 1.5 hours from Cork airport, 2 hours Shannon airport and 20 mins from Kerry airport. There is a good train and bus service from Dublin.
It is situated on the Ring of Kerry circuit with Dingle and Ring of Beara all comfortable day trips.
There is world class golf courses, hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering etc with a few minutes of the house. Killarney national park is nearby with Muckross house and all it’s walks within a short cycle.
There is something for everyone in “the kingdom” of Kerry.

More about us

  1. Maria & Ger and 2 girls aged 6 and 2 years old.
    We have done 2 very successfully Houseswaps in the past.

  2. We live to travel and see new places. We enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, exploring

  3. Maria is a doctor and ger is a teacher both working locally.
