“We have just returned spending 3 wonderful weeks in August 2013 in Killarney. The house is very comfortable and full of toys and entertainments that made our kids enjoy. The location is perfect, very tranquil, up a hill so you can see all green meadows and the mountains silhouette. But at the same time it is in a short 15 min. ride to the most well known town and touristic Killarney, where you have all facilities in terms of shopping and also very near the lakes and the National Park. Perfect to visit the Ring of Kerry and the South West of Ireland. The family has been really nice and generous and Lesley has given us all facilities and very useful information, tips and suggestions. We swapped also the car and we found ours in perfect order. We could use their bikes and exercise with the skates, trampoline and play football and basket in their yard & garden. Our kids loved their music room with the guitars and battery. Their house has also a splendid sun room, perfect for reading or writing even when there's no sun at all. In our return back home to Barcelona we found our house in perfect order and can ascertain that their 3 children are respectful and well behaved since our neighbours didn't even notice they were at home during their stay! We were sorry not to get to know the family in person. We highly recommend their house to spend some splendid time in Ireland because of the beautiful house and emplacement and specially because of the kindness of the family.”
Lesley's reviewsAs a host (2)
