About our home

Our home has three bedrooms - one King-size, one Triple (bunk bed with double base) (sea views) and one Single. Each room is fully furnished; the King-size bedroom is en suite. We have a very large sitting room with fantastic sea views - our home is over looking the Shannon Estuary, Ballybunion Golf Club, and County Clare. In the sitting room we have a large open fire - we will provide solid fuel for any guests that come to stay. Our kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all conveniences at hand. The Utility room has a freezer, washing machine and dryer. The main bathroom is spacious and has an extra large bath. We have SKY TV in both sitting room and kitchen. Our front lawn stretches down to a slow flowing stream that adjoins the property. The back yard of our house is enclosed by fencing so it is a safe place for our 7 and 3 year old to play - there is a sand pit and a grass area - perfect for toddlers and small children to explore. We have an enclosed Trampoline in the back garden and lots of toys (boys toys !) We built our house ten years ago - it is very warm and easy to live in.
