The medieval town of Kinsale is not just about food. it’s also about traditional bars, beautiful buildings, narrow streets, shops and galleries and lots of activities on land and sea.
You'll find Kinsale's not just a place - it's more a state of mind!

If you fancy playing golf in the sunny Southwest, then Kinsale is your ideal base! From small picturesque woodlands courses, to world class links courses, there's something to suit everyone from the hacker to the Pro! Stay in Kinsale and you'll have 3 great courses on your doorstep... not to mention a further 8 within an hours drive...

Old Head of Kinsale Golf Course has come in at #1 in Links Magazine’s 10 Most Spectacular Golf Courses published in March 2011.
The feature article states: “Is it a true links? Is it a great test of golf? No matter the question, the answer is the same: Find a way to get to this clifftop layout unabashedly set on a headland jutting into the Celtic Sea.”
Old Head tops the list which includes such notable courses as Cypress Point, Pebble Beach, Black Mesa, Cape Kidnappers and Cabo del Sol.

If you love great food, Kinsale is the place for you! But it's not all about fine dining... you'll find great pub grub, cafes and bars as well as deli's and stores packed full with local artisan products. The Annual Gourmet Weekend attracts chefs & visitors from far and wide

The coast south west of Kinsale provides some of the best cruising grounds in Europe. Kinsale Yacht Club has been well established as a significant sailing centre for over 20 years.

Our most recent review!
"Everything was absolutely perfect. There are only 5 stars to rate, but this house deserves an extra star for so many reasons.
An excellent host, fantastic house with everything neat and tidy.
The rooms were finished to excellent standard, kitchen and living room made great place for family to hang out, have a cup of coffee, glass of wine...
My parents will be returning to visit us in Kinsale and there is only one place they will stay now.
Location is perfect for exploring all Kinsale has to offer."
