Designer decorated and well equipped with all modern amenities, such as fitted kitchen, wifi, large screen cable tv and comfortable seating areas. It has a big open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Downstairs has bedrooms, bathrooms and a utility room with extra fridge, freezer and washing and drying machines as well as a hot press. (Upstairs there are two more ensuite bedrooms one double and one triple.) The Sunroom that opens onto the deck which has tables and seating for twelve and a gas barbeque. Surrounded by a wooden deck with Lake view, (the lake is literally at the end of our back garden) the house is set in mature landscaped gardens with a small stream running down the boundary of the garden. The house is suitable for all year as in the winter it becomes a cosy retreat complete with a wood burning stove. Killaloe is regarded as one of the most beautiful villages in Ireland. It has plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes and the sporting amenities (sailing, fishing, swimming, golf, walking etc) are great. It is a fantastic spot for touring the west of Ireland.
