About our home
Our house is a typical suburban home in the Dublin area, spacious enough for comfortable family living. We moved their on its construction in 1998 and have maintained and furnished it to the highest of standards. We have recently added a sun room a the back which leads out to a nice garden with a patio area and decking.

We are Sean (41) and Denise (40) and our son Bryan who is 11. Sean works as an executive in the telecomms industry while Denise has a human resources backround and currently works in the local primary school. Our interests range from music and art to various outdoor activities-hillwalking etc. Bryan loves surfing and plays guitar.
We love to travel but we have not done home exchange before.

Our home is located in a quiet but friendly suburban estate in the village of Donabate 12 miles north from Dublin city centre.
The beautiful grounds and parkland of Newbrdge estate is within walking distance and the beach is just 2.5 miles away. We are located close to the suburban rail line with regular services to the city centre.
