About our home

Modern Marvel in Medieval Dublin, fantastic city location only 2 minutes walking from all the city's best attractions including Dublin Castle, Temple Bar (10 mins walk) St. Patrick's & Christchurch Cathedrals, Dublinia Exhibition, Guinness Storehouse (9 mins walk) , Jameson Distillery and much much more. The property is exceptionally modern and is NOT suitable for children. The home boasts a large open plan living and kitchen area, opening onto a small terrace, ideal for your morning coffee.

The Space

This is one of the most special properties in Dublin, it is a work of art in itself. Architecturally renowned, and interior designed this is the ultimate pad for a trip to Dublin.

The main floor consists of bright a bright open plan living area with kitchen, leading to a terrace. Skylights and floor to ceiling windows make it the perfect place to relax.

Down a small stairs, are the two large bedrooms, both overlooking a small outdoor deck. The bedrooms feature king size beds, floor to ceiling windows and marble floors. There are also 2 single fold out guest beds, which guests can set up themselves wherever they choose.

The bathroom has a huge sunken marble bathtub and large freestanding shower. There is a separate toilet area, with impressive vanity space.

We have a strict no children policy due to the property's modern design, and furnishings.

The Neighbourhood

Located right in the city, within walking distance to Dublin's main attractions. You cannot beat this location, you will not require a taxi when staying here. Gorgeous cafes such as the Queen of Tarts and the Fumbally close by. Located only around the corner from Dublins Frances Street Antiques Quarter which is always enjoyable to have a ramble around. It is also Dublin's medieval district, one of the oldest parts of the city, steeped in character and charm.

Getting Around

Everything in the city centre is within walking distance. The DART (suburban train) is a walk away, the LUAS (tram, both red and green lines) are 10 minutes walk. Heuston Station is 15 minutes walk - for regional trains. Cross city buses are less than 5 minutes away.
The 747 airport bus leaves you 4 minutes walk from front door and usually takes about 25/30 minutes.

Fresh bed sheets and linens will be provide for each guest.
No children allowed.
No parking available (there is nearby car park, details upon request)
The property has underfloor heating throughout.
