About our home
Our architect designed home was completed renovated in 2015 leaving it spacious, colourful, warm and light. The open plan kitchen/dining room is spectacular with double height ceiling and underfloor heating. It's four bedrooms are large and comfortable. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and an ensuite shower room & toilet. The large family bathroom has both shower and bath. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with a single bed in each, and the 4th bedroom has a queen sized double bed. We can provide 3 extra foldout beds / mattresses if needed. There is an additional cloakroom toilet.
Our house is on a recently landscaped three-quarters of an acre garden with a stunning south facing patio. It is not overlooked by any other house. Within (12 minutes) walking distance of Skerries train station - you can travel into Dublin city centre within 40 mins or north to Belfast - and the rest of Skerries which includes many lovely restaurants and cafes. Walking is feasible but you will need a car to make the most of all that the area offers.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
Skerries has so much to offer. While being close enough to the city and the airport for easy sightseeing and travel, it also has a wonderful life of its own. From the beautiful beach amenities to the buzzing nightlife, Skerries has it all. Close by is the stunning Ardgillan Demesne, with a lovely old house and acres of gardens to explore, with a brilliant playground for the kids. And you're close enough to the motorway which connects you to the whole area - the architectural sites at Newgrange are about half an hour's drive away and Belfast only about an hour and half.
