Spacious family home and garden

Our house is well designed and very practical for a family. We have open plan sitting room/dining room/kitchen with many windows looking directly out to the garden. There are also French doors from this room to garden. The ground floor also has a Small laundry room and a Bathroom with bath and seperate shower. The TV room has a double wall bed and clothes storage space. The office has a baby cot at the moment but could be single room if needed. Upstairs are 2 very large bedrooms. One double room with ensuite bathroom (seperate bath and shower) The other children's room with 2 single beds and a cot. (Could be 3 beds if needed.) We have a large garden with plenty of space for children to play. A shed doubles as a play house with upstairs. Bikes and scooters stored here also. south facing Patio and garden furniture and kids furniture. swings and slides and trampoline and a small children's pool that can be filled if weather gets good.
