About our home

Our home is in a prime location in a quiet neighborhood a short distance from Dublin city center, one of Europe’s most exciting and vibrant cities. It is a renovated 1920s terraced house just 25 minutes walk from Dublin city centre. We are also just a short walk from Dublin Bay seafront and perfectly located for transport connections, including Dublin's light rail 'DART' service. As well as the attractions of Dublin city, our home is the perfect starting point for trips to see Ireland’s beautiful countryside, with walks in the Dublin and Wicklow mountains a short drive and Cork, Galway and Belfast all just two hours away.

Accommodation includes three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin room suitable for children, two sitting rooms (one with fold-out sofa bed), a new kitchen-dining room extension to the rear with south-facing garden.

We welcome all types of travelers and are sure our home will be the perfect place to fall in love with Ireland!

More about us

We are a married couple, Tommy & Catriona, with two young children, James (8) and Isla (6).
Tommy is a journalist and Catriona is a teacher.
We love travelling as a family to new cities and countryside destinations. This is our first time looking for an exchange and we are looking forward to travelling to a new destination while providing our home as a base for others to explore the wonderful city of Dublin and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
