About our home

This cottage is cute and cosy. It is like going back in time to stay at your granny's house. It has a solid fuel burning stove but also the convenience of central heating. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double and single bed, and the other with a single bed. It is set in an acre of woodland on a quiet rural road. At the same time it is only 2 km from a busy village and 20 minutes by car from Galway city.
