We live in County Wicklow , 30km from Dublin City Centre in a small town beside the sea called Greystones. Our house is really spacious and ideal for a family. It is a short walk to the pretty small town of Greystones, packed with amazing restaurants, coffee shops and right next to the beach and the harbour.

Master bedroom king size bed with ensuite
1 double bed
1 x single bed
1 x single bed
1 double bed in attic room
Downstairs
Large open plan living room with kitchen, breakfast bar, dinning table and sofa and TV
Front sitting room with surround sound stereo, TV, DVD.
TV/ Computer room with sofa, TV, computer games, desk
Laundry room off kitchen with washing machine and dryer
Attic:
Den in the attic full of toys for kids to play with
3 Bathrooms:
Main bathroom upstairs with bath, shower in bath, jacuzzi in bath, WC and sink
Ensuite bathroom off master bedroom
Shower room with sauna, WC and sink downstairs
Outside:
Elevated large patio with BBQ, outdoor seating and fire pit
Garden with trampoline
Second patio at the end with basket ball hoop
Small stream running across the end of the garden.
Front drive with off street parking (Car optional)

“This was a wonderful swap experience all round. Sineads home is even lovlier than the pictures and had everything we needed and more, including bikes for everyone. Communication around arranging and again during the swap was prompt and always helpful, we felt like friends by the end of our stay! Greystones is a beautiful town with great spots for a meal out, lazy coffee or a swim. We loved our stay and hope to swap with Sineád and her family again in future.”
We are a family with 3 very sporty boys, age 17 , 14 and 11.
We used to live in Sydney would like to return for a family holiday Christmas 2021 - COVID restrictions permitting.
We live beside the sea now, (a much colder sea!) in one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland
Wicklow is known as the Garden county due to the beautiful natural surroundings. Situated on the coast at the foot of the Wicklow mountains, there is unlimited things to do including mountain hikes, forest walks, waterfalls, lakes, cliff walks, beaches and the your very own local harbour. Glendalough is set in a Valley with beautiful lakes and walks and is the site of an old monastery with ruins still standing including round towers and Celtic cross. The photos included are all places within 30mins drive but the beach, harbour, forrest and the cliff walk are all walking distance from the house.
