About our home

The ground floor consists of a bright kitchen and dining area (with TV and radio) with panoramic view of landscape, utility room, spacious living area with stove and TV with sound system, office/toyroom with large desk, sitting room and hall.
Upstairs consists of the bathroom, the master bedroom and en suite, the girls bedroom (a single and double bed) and Davids bedroom (bunkbeds and a single bed).
In the garden we have a swingset, treehouse and slide, a trampoline, football goals, a shed, decking area and we have plenty of bikes.

We can also include our car.

More about us

We are a family of 5. Myself my wife Theresa and our three kids Emma (17), Kiera (15) and David (12). We have never done a house swap before but are hoping to do one this summer, and are interested in houses with swimming pools and local activities.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We are about a 15 minute drive outside the local town Ashbourne. In Ashbourne there are is a cinema, many shops and restaurants, a gym and more. We are only a 30 minute drive from Dublin airport.
There are lots of local tourist attractions including Tayto Park, The Hill of Tara, Funtasia Waterpark, Dublin zoo, Newgrange, Trim castle and many more. There also a few local pubs and restaurants.
