About our home

Our home was completely renovated in 2011. Built in 1907, this granite built railway cottage is nestled at the edge of the countryside, 20 minutes from the beach at the foothills of the Dublin mountains. The house is situated in a mature and quite suburban neighborhood yet it sits next to Dublin's main arterial route into the city (N11) and the M50 motorway that connects Dublin to the rest of the country. The tram to the city (Bride's Glen stop) takes 40 mins and a bus (35-40minutes).

Great for hill walks, strolls along the beach, award winning local pub and village (Shankill) with excellent links to the city.

Situation close to the border with Wicklow.
