About our home

Located on a quiet one-way street in the fashionable south city suburb of Rathmines, Dublin 6, with excellent transport links (bus, LUAS) to city centre. A car is not required. The house is within walking distance of the city centre (25 minute walk to Grafton Street), museums, historical sites and within a short walk to the nearby public parks at Belgrave Square and Palmerston Park. There are numerous restaurants and pubs in Rathmines including a cinema and a local leisure centre with a swimming pool. All of the houses on the street are protected structures and deemed to be special interest and form part of the architectural heritage of the city. Built in 1875, the house retains its original features including fireplaces, sash windows, slated roof and brick chimneys. It comprises an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, three double bedrooms (one ensuite), one single bedroom and bathroom. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, TV/DVD, telephone and internet access. It has a small rear patio.
