About our home

Our house is a 4 bedroomed house built in 2005 and is a 45 minute drive from Dublin city centre. The house is well equipped. The rear garden is lush and colourful in the summer with outdoor furniture and barbeque. The house is situated beside a small "Pitch and Putt" golf course, and in front of large pleasant open green area. The house includes the following ? More about us

We are a family of four. Diarmuid is an Accountant and works from his home office. Susan is a university lecturer in Dublin. Our two children are Ian (15 years) and Philip (12 years).Diarmuid and Susan run locally for physical activity.The family sail at Malahide Yacht Club which is about 30 minute drive from our house and is located on the coast.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is a five minute walk from Ratoath village with a selection of restaurants, pubs, shops and other services. There is a regular bus service to Dublin city centre from the village. Other nearby attractions include the Boyne Valley Interpretive Centre, the coastal villages of Malahide and Howth, the Phoenix Park. Dublin city itself has many attractions.
