The house is located at the water's edge with fantastic panoramic views of Lough Foyle towards the cliffs at Binevenagh in north County Derry and rear views over Redcastle’s 9 hole parkland golf course. The Redcastle Hotel and Leisureland are only 100 metres away as well as the beautiful Boat House Restaurant. As you sit and relax, you can hear the waves and watch the shipping traffic - from local fishing boats to ocean going cruise liners and large cargo ships sailing up the Lough Foyle towards the port of Derry. A little further along the coast are the seaside village of Moville (4 miles) and fishing village of Greencastle (7 miles) while a 15 min drive to the south takes you to the Historic Walled City of Derry and Derry City Airport. All photographs are within a 500 metre radius of the house.
