About our home

Our beautiful detached home is a slice of heaven in walking distance to the city centre and the beach. A superb base from which to explore Dublin and, with easy access to Dublin Port Tunnel, Ireland. Architect designed and recently extended, our home features 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large open-plan kitchen-dining room with sliding door access to a large garden with outdoor terrace and seating area.

Our home is adjacent to Ringsend Park with playgrounds, open spaces and plenty of jogging/running. We are located a 10 minute walk to Sandymount beach and Irishtown nature park, 30 minutes walking to the city centre, 20 minutes walking to the Aviva stadium and opposite Poolbeg marina, 15 minutes walking to the LUAS transport. There are loads of facilities nearby, ranging from bars, restaurants, shops, stadia, parks, beaches, port, and city life.
