About our home

Neptunus motor cruiser built 1991 in Holland. 10.6 metres long. Aft cabin Double bed with toilet, WHB and shower. 2 wardrobes. Forward cabin V shape bed, wardrobe and toilet and WHB. Kitchen with gas hob. sink, hot and cold water Large fridge Mains hookup when in marina. Dining area seats 6 and converts to double bed. Main saloon seats 6. Has been on River Shannon since 2007. Powered by diesel Volvo penta 200 hp Max speed 9 knts. cruising at 6 knts. Uses 6 / 8 litres per hour.@ 90c per litre.
Well maintained boat and regularly serviced. Suit persons with some boating experience. Mechanic on call for emergencies.!!! The river Shannon has many places to moor overnight and most villages have restaurants and pubs with music. laundry and shower, toilet blocks at most marinas. Scenery is superb and locals are friendly. ! Boat comes with GPS and charts of all navigations. VHF radio. TV with DVD. radio. Life jackets for adults and children. Inflatable dinghy with outboard engine available for exploring the secret places..
