About our home

Our home is a warm welcoming nurturing space that everybody loves. It is decorated in coastal colours to reflect light. The beach is in front of the house and takes 15 seconds door to sea to reach. It is very private and quiet. In the garden is a separate self contained cabin, check it out for pictures on air bnb/ "Rush, Dublin" it s called "Seahorse". Here you can read reviews re the place and myself. The cabin can be used as a part of the house for a swap, which may be especially good if you are traveling with other family/friends and want space to breathe. The sea is so close, at night you will fall asleep to the lapping sounds of the waves. We have kayaks and water gear (wet suits, life jackets)that you can use. it is a short stroll to the pub that serves lovely seafood across the beach, lots of coastal walks from the front door, shops a five minute walk to get ice creams and supplies. Large local supermarket up the village for more supplies. The train station to go further afield is a five minute drive away.. From here you can get into the city centre (25 mins by train) and to other parts of Ireland. It really is a beautiful part of the country. Opposite us is a private Island called Lambay and lighthouses that twinkle back to you at night time. White sand beaches and wild flower country walks.
