About our home
Our stunning home is part of our luxury Bed & Breakfast property, Aberdeen Lodge located in the leafy suberb of Sandymount in Dublin 4.
We are just minutes from Sandymount beach and also a short stroll to our local village which offers a great variety of neighbourhood restaurants, pubs and coffee shops.
We are right beside the Dublin DART system ( electric train) which takes you to the city centre in 7 minutes. The citys major tourism attractions are practically on our doorstep, eg Trinity college, Dublin Castle, Guinness brewery etc.

“We had a perfect points swap and stay at Pat's Aberdeen Lodge In Sandymount- We had ample time to rest and recover after arriving from our early morning flight. Pats wonderful guest house is well situated and we were able to hop on the DART at Sydney parade or Sandymount 5 minutes away to travel to Pearse St station and then a short walk to Grafton street to enjoy the christmas atmosphere and busking. Sandy mount village is just a short walk away and there are lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. The ocean and beach is also about a 10 minute walk when you want to experience the ocean breeze. The room and ensuite were lovely and very clean and there was a TV with all channels. Mariannes our host was fabulous and treated us to hot chocolate at the end of the day which we enjoyed in the drawing room by the fire and beautifully decorated Christmas tree -we were the only guests due to the pandemic. Mariannes was so attentive to our needs and oriented us with a map of all the local delights. We had an awesome time and will hopefully be able to come back in the summer if they have room for us ;) Thanks Pat for letting us come stay at your beautiful Lodge :)”
