About our home

Our Lovely Home is located just 1 min away from Sandymount Village Dublin 4 with Sandymount Beach at end of our Road. In this Charming Village there are local restaurants, shops, cafes and Pubs. This ideal location is just 10 mins away by Bus or Dart ( Electric Train System) from the Dublin City Centre where delights such Trinity College, National Gallery, Christchurch, Dublin Castle and Guinness Brewery and its famous shopping centre Grafton Street await you. The House has large bright Kitchen and Living area with all mod cons heated by our wonderful Aga, there are two further reception rooms with cable TV in each room. There is a bathroom and utility room downstairs. We have five bedrooms, 4 are double sized with main bathroom and ensuite off the Master Bedroom. We have a large south facing secluded garden with patio dining area and barbeque.
