We are available for a swap after Christmas and in the summer. Easter not available
Our home is an architecturally designed home built in 2018. We have underfloor heating heated by an air to water pump and a heat recovery system. We are both foodies so have a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, breadmakers, airfryers, sandwich toasters, juices, smoothie makers, u name it, we have it!! .Downstairs we have a large open plan sitting room/ kitchen dining area with an adjoining playroom/den both with large smart TVs with netflix prime Disney etc. There are lots of toys. Internet can be switched between wifi or hardwired using TP Links. Theres also the utility room, large family bathroom and zacs indoor workshop. Upstairs we have a extra large kids bedroom with two double beds which will eventually be partitioned into seperate rooms when they dont want to share anymore!, a single box room, bathroom and beautiful large master bedroom with very comfortable superking bed, walk in wardrobe with 4 extra large velux windows looking out at that amazing view. The house has extra wide antique doors throughout and is designed with consideration for people with emf sensitivities. Outside the kids can have a bounce on our large inground Berg trampoline. We have recently put in a few raised beds with mixed success and are considering getting chickens! We have surfboards, bikes etc that can be used. Our two cats are outdoor cats with access to the utility room only but spend their lives looking in windows and keeping an eye on proceedings!! Putting out some food for them will be part of the swop....Bundoran is a 5 min drive, Sligo is a 20 min drive and Enniskillen in Northern Ireland is 40 mins. Our home is a comfortable family home that we hope reflects our personalities and taste :-)

We NEVER met Libby or Zac but their correspondence was faultless and informative. The house itself has a lovely rear garden that provides great privacy and the house itself was warm, modern and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend a visit to this house. ”

“Libby's home is set in a stunning location with lovely views of the sea and countryside. Its interior is beautiful, spacious and sooo comfy. The kitchen has everything you need and Libby was kind enough to recommend the best local restaurants and hostelries, of which there is a wide choice. The living space has a magnificent picture window which affords the best views as you eat and converse and as a family we really took great pleasure in sitting around the table, having a meal and at the same time soaking up the serene views and the lovely outside space. The bedrooms were calming and beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable that we all had great nights of sleep and returned home well rested having had the best break that we have had in a long time. The house is an ideal base to explore the surroundings and was perfect for our two young boys, full of suitable toys and cartoons! And Libby left our home spotless.”
“What a special home! Light filled, large and lovely. The setting was amazing with stunning sunset views over the sea. We saw dolphins on several occasions. Libby gave us so many super suggestions of wonderful things to do. We rode horses across the most stunning beach and we even borrowed their surf boards. We love exploring new places, animals, eating out and the great outdoors
We are a five minute drive to Bundoran which is famous for surfing. It is a tourist town with a selection of beautiful beaches and outdoor sea pools, Waterworld, an indoor heated pool with slides waves and a whirlpool is great for the kids. There are beautiful cliff walks, outdoor adventure sports, funfair,/adventure park, go-karting bowling, 5 screen cinema, arcades horseriding and plenty of nice bars and restaurants. Our house is a 5 min drive away in Co. Leitrim on a country road called"the best 5k on the wild Atlantic way"!! Locally called the golden mile we have breathtaking views of Donegal bay and Mullaghmore to the back of our house and Views of Benbulben and the Dartry mountains to the front. There are horses and cattle in the neighbouring fields and the farmer down the road has chickens roaming free too!!! Heading out of our house in any direction are beautiful walks and cycles
