About our home

I have a very spacious 3 bedroom Semi-detached house.
It is furnished lovely and its only 3/5minutes drive to Gormanstown beach.
It has dining room seating for 6 people. It is in a very peaceful neighbourhood and it is in easy reach of many tourist attractions and Dublin city centre. (We are a 20 min drive to dublin Airport and 30mins to Dublin cCity center on the M1 motorway and no toll charge).
Although we are close to Dublin the property is located in a small village in a rural location surrounded by farm lands.
We have 2 local Irish pubs in the village of Stamullen and Gormanstown and a big convienience stores, 2 Hair salon, 2 pharmacy, Dry Cleaners and Cafe'.
We are in the same county and close to Newgrange, Slane Castle, The Hill of Tara, Navan, Fairyhouse racecourse, The Headfort Golf course in Kells and the historic town of Kells where the book of Kells came from. This property is only a 5Mins Lane walk to CityNorth Hotel.
We are looking to swap this property with a flat in london.
