About our home

Constructed and finished to the highest of world standards with outstanding technological features, No. 6 Churchfields is part of a prestigious development of just 20 residences, each completely unique and individually designed around the Ryder Cup course, and all benefiting from the K Club's 24 hour security system. The house, a high specification Smart Home, is designed around a magnificent central hallway, circular in shape and stretching high into the first floor, lit by contemporary curved skylights. The ground floor rooms radiate from this focal space and one is led from the hall to the feature living space to the rear. Master Bedroom Suite:
Ascending the curved staircase through the central hall, one is led through a curved corridor to the master bedroom suite, which is designed to flow almost entirely around the circular hall space. The room has underfloor heating, Sharp flat screen TV, remote control curtains, piped stereo system, Japanese plaster on the curved walls and superb range of contemporary, white glass fitted wardrobes. Glazed double doors lead to the spectacular balcony overlooking the golf course. This exceptionally spacious area is ideal for entertaining as it has a separate exterior limestone staircase from the patio below. This ergonomically perfect centrepiece was carved by hand and machine from one single solid block of 'Vincachina Travertine' Italian marble, chosen for its particularly fine grain and colouring, taking two master stonemasons two months to complete. It sits in the centre of a magnificent curved bay with panoramic views of the golf course and remote control curtains. There are also two Antica marble wash basins, wc, Japanese plaster work with copper dust, floor lights and an integrated speaker system.
Outside
The front courtyard has ample parking and is gravelled with a unique tarred gravel that has as little as 10% shifting when driven on. Clipped lawns and tidy shrub beds surround the property and fully wired exterior lighting is programmable from inside. The lawns are serviced by a full irrigation system, ensuring lush gardens all summer. To the rear the beautiful limestone patio runs into the lawns, sloping down to the golf course below, creating uninterrupted views across the fairways.
