About our home

Looking to swap in New England USA, Spain, Germany July or August 2017 - we're always open to suggestions, we've nothing booked yet!

Hello, we are a family of four who love living in Dublin. Our home is in a quiet area with lots of space around it. It's in River Valley Swords County Dublin, there's huge green spaces right out front, and river valley park is a 40-acre green space. We're about 5 miles from the coast. Dublin has a lovely coastline and we love spending time in villages along the coast, Skerries, Howth, Malahide and more...Our home is a much loved and lived in home, it's clean and has everything you will need.

We're a 10-minute walk from Swords village. It's a great mix of clean, safe (recently being awarded purple flag) , practical & space. Towns awarded the Purple Flag are recognised for providing a vibrant mix of entertainment, while promoting the safety and wellbeing of visitors and local residents.

Its geographical location makes it the ideal spot for exploring. Ireland is small enough to take trips almost anywhere.
Easy access to the main M1 (Belfast 1.5hrs) and M50 (Galway 2 hours, Cork 3 hours) motorways.
It's 5 minutes from Dublin airport
Swords express bus takes 20 minutes through the port tunnel to the city centre every 20minutes.
5m from Malahide village (see harbour pic), lovely beach walks, restaurants etc
10 min walk to Pavillions shopping centre, cinema, etc
Lots of great restaurants, pubs, entertainment 10 min walking distance from house.
Plenty of green spaces for kids, plenty of playgrounds.

Our friendly neighbours will help you with anything you need and our extended family lives nearby.
We have two cars a mini cooper and a 2017 Skoda fabia combi which we could arrange a swap for.
If you have kids we've a big garden with trampoline, slide, swings and lots of toys.
We've bikes for adults and kids (plus a carrier for small kids).
