About our home

Our home is a small cottage, 104 years old. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and modern kitchen. It has recently been redecorated throughout. There is a small garden to which catches the morning and evening sun. The cottage has an electric shower, it is oil heating and a real fire in the sittingroom. The cottage is located 5 mins from dublin airport, 20 mins from Dublin city centre, and in Swords village. We are surrounded by history -Swords Castle, Malahide Castle is a 8 minute drive, Newbridge House and an endless supply of activities in the area. We have beautiful beaches in Malahide or Donabate.

We even have gym membership which you can avail of while on your holidays.

We are in a perfect location for a family holiday / romantic break.

Swords is a busy town, we have a shopping centre 5 mins away where you can buy anything your heart desires or have a coffee and watch the world go by. There is a bus which stops 2 minutes from the house which brings you into Dublin city.

The house is located on Drynam Road, which is a short walk to Swords village and shops, the bus runs by which goes to Dublin City. We are close to the beautiful village of Malahide where you can spend the day by the beach or ghost hunting in malahide Castle. Newbridge House in Donabate is another gem and perfect for a day on in the playgound, pet farm or enjoying an ice-cream. 30 mins on the bus or 20mins by car brings you to dublin city where you can walk Grafton Street and window shop, get the hop on hop-off bus and tour dublin. There is something for everybody.
