About our home

SEEKING SWAPS ANYTIME THIS YR. Pref house with pool (unless a city location).WE PREFER REQUESTS FROM SIMILAR HOME OWNERS.

Prerequisites:
***MIN: 3 NIGHT STAY***
Cleaning fee €60 to be discharged by points swap guests. This ensures home is cleaned before and after your stay. Cleaner can come more regularly if you request in advance and pay cleaner directly.

Our home was runner up on a national tv show, "Home of The Year 2019" out of 21 unique homes scouted from around the country. The house was built during the Victorian period and we completely renovated it in 2017. It's located just south of Dublin City Centre nestled amongst award winning cafes/restaurants. It has a great space for dining if you wish to cook/ order in.
Bedrooms: 3
1) There is an elegant Master Suite with very comfortable king sized bed and En Suite (shower).
2)There is a Guest Room with double bed and bathroom (bath & shower) just off the landing.
3) There is a third bedroom where our newborn baby boy sleeps but we can modify this bedroom for the right swap offer.

We have 2 lovely bikes & a cargo bike that you can use to explore the area at your leisure. Dublin has heaps of amazing museums, many of which are free. Weekends in our home are relaxed, often involving brunch in one of the local friendly cafes or a visit to the famous nearby Stella Cinema with its' beautiful 1920's art deco interiors with food & cocktail service to your seat/sofa/bed. (Cocktails in their famous Cocktail club set in a stunning ballroom is a must. )

If you fancy a quiet night in, we have Netflix & Sky. We have a wood burning stove in our sitting room and one in the dining area so the house is extra cosy in Winter. We have a gorgeous urban garden with magical lighting where you can unwind with a glass of wine at the end of a day. We have a baby so we have a play room for his toys.
We are passionate about design, decor, art and music and this is reflected throughout our home.
